Dal 1991 il Sor Elde's è il pub di famiglia di Pantanella: hamburger di carni scelte (manzo, scottona, bufalo, cervo, canguro, wagyu), arrosticini, carne alla brace, piadine XXL cotte su pietra e una selezione di birre alla spina belghe, scozzesi, irlandesi e tedesche. Un locale cresciuto insieme ai suoi clienti, dove si torna come a casa.
